The United States of America issues 5,000 immigrant visas per year, chosen at random, and distributed among countries with low immigration rates to America; however, they require the applicant to complete and send all necessary paperwork, and they are subject to all of the preceding conditions.
Since the United States does not place a limit on the number of requests a person can make, or the number of family members that can apply, all family members can apply for a random green card, which can increase the likelihood of receiving a visa.
